Golf Scramble Nets $25,000 for Nation’s Community Wellness Services
Fort McMurray First Nation Group of Companies’ 4th Annual Diversified Transportation Golf Scramble – held June 30th at the beautiful Miskanaw Golf Club in Fort McMurray – was a great success.
Thanks to the support of our sponsors and the generosity of all the participants, the tournament raised $25,000 for Fort McMurray 468 First Nation’s vital Community Wellness Services – besting the $13,651 raised in 2019 (the last time the event was held before the pandemic).
We owe a huge debt gratitude to all the sponsors who stepped up to help make the event possible:

Their support speaks volumes about the close business relationships and friendships FMFN Group has formed over the years – and says even more about their generosity and commitment to the community and Fort McMurray 468 First Nation.
The tournament was a sellout, with a full complement of 36 foursomes – or 144 golfers. Team Chipewyan Prairie Industry Relations Corporation took home bragging rights as the top team – followed by Team Canadian Natural Resources in 2nd place and Team OCL Group in 3rd.
Hats off to all our team members and the volunteers who helped ensure a smooth and successful event. We are already looking forward to next year!
